Dessutom \u00e4r det kostnadseffektivt och systemunderh\u00e5llet blir enklare. Att ha utvecklingen av produktionssystemen internt inneb\u00e4r att inga externa konsulter beh\u00f6vs vid service. Och detta \u00e4r extremt viktigt n\u00e4r man servar ett system som \u00e4r placerat i en annan del av v\u00e4rlden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan stor f\u00f6rdel \u00e4r att ha exakt samma grafiska gr\u00e4nssnitt f\u00f6r att testa olika produkter. Mjukvaruanv\u00e4ndningen \u00e4r densamma mellan alla produkter, och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver operat\u00f6rerna bara utbildning i hur man ansluter en ny produkt till testsystemet. Detta hade troligtvis inte varit m\u00f6jligt att uppn\u00e5 p\u00e5 15 \u00e5r med externt ink\u00f6pt mjukvara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5ra ingenj\u00f6rer p\u00e5 Hectronic samlar all utdata fr\u00e5n alla produktionssystem i servrar p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt kontor i Uppsala. Fr\u00e5n denna databas kan vi erh\u00e5lla alla viktiga data om resultat och kvalitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sammanfattningsvis, med alla ovanst\u00e5ende f\u00f6rdelar med att utveckla produktionssystem f\u00f6r tester internt, beslutade vi oss f\u00f6r att initiera ett projekt f\u00f6r att uppdatera v\u00e5rt testsystems kod. Faktum \u00e4r att det kan betraktas som en nystart n\u00e4stan fr\u00e5n noll. Medan v\u00e5rt gamla testsystem har varit en lojal f\u00f6ljeslagare sedan 2005 och genomg\u00e5tt mycket underh\u00e5ll och modifieringar, \u00e4r det dags att utveckla ett nytt system som \u00e4r utformat p\u00e5 ett modul\u00e4rt s\u00e4tt med ett uppdaterat anv\u00e4ndargr\u00e4nssnitt. M\u00e5let har varit att utveckla ett produktionssystem f\u00f6r tester som har en mycket mer modul\u00e4r design samtidigt som vi beh\u00e5ller samma funktionalitet som det gamla systemet f\u00f6r produktionstester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu kan vi arbeta \u00e4nnu mer effektivt samtidigt som v\u00e5ra kunder f\u00e5r alla f\u00f6rdelar av att anv\u00e4nda ett internt utvecklat produktionssystem.
